Annual Art Show: Traveling Exhibition 2013
Our annual student show is up at the Prospect Heights Library! Art will hang in the lobby
for the entire month of June. Join us for an artist reception Tuesday June 11th at 7:00pm
to celebrate and honor the fabulous young artists. All are welcome. Then for the month
of September, the art will hang at the Indian Trails Library in Wheeling. Art will be
returned in October.
Summer Art Classes 2013
A variety of two-day summer art classes will take place during the month of August.

Christine Thornton has taught small group art lessons from her home studio in Mt. Prospect since 2005. During the school year Art
Start classes meet one hour per week for 8 weeks. Each 8-week session offers three new projects which utilize a variety of media
and subject matter with an emphasis on skill building and creative problem solving. Summer classes are shorter and focus on one
