2009 -- 2011 Part-time Art Teacher: Prospect Heights School District 23. Taught art part-time to Anne Sullivan School fifth graders. Curriculum included drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, and ceramics.
1994 -- 1997 Full-time Art Teacher: River Trails School District 26 in Mount Prospect. Taught grades K-5 at Euclid and Indian Grove Schools. Taught 1200 students per year. Curriculum included drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, ceramics, and collage. Attended curriculum writing workshops then updated the district's elementary visual art curriculum to meet state of Illinois standards. Founded after-school art club for fifth graders.
